Well maybe a long update.....It has been awhile since I last posted. Three major holidays have passed and a new year is upon us. We all enjoyed Thanksgiving with my parents. It was an enjoyable day spent with the people I love most. Christmas was a fast paced holiday this year. It seems to be gone so quickly. The boys were spoiled as usual and so was I. A New Year is here and I hope it brings many special memories for all of us.
The boys are back to school which is such a great blessing for me. I really do look forward to that special day as it approaches. Nicholas is very angry about it and would much rather sleep in than go to school. Oh well, not a chance of that happening.
Nicholas also informed me about a month back that he is done with school after he finishes kindergarten. I guess he made a very informed decision that kindergarten is as far as you have to go nowadays. Little does he know that he still has 12 more years of school ahead of him. I of course didn't mention that to him.
Preston is getting ready to play soccer again. His season will start again in February. Not sure how he is going to take playing in the cold. And then there is baseball. This will be his first t-ball season, Nicholas' second (although I am a bit skeptical about him rejoining), and Austin's 4th. Wow, three in one sport. Lord help me now.
Well that is about it. I posted our Christmas picture, as I can't leave anyone hanging who read the post about how it was accomplished with my crew.
