Happy 4th of July!!!

Our 4th of July was very fun. We took the boys to Cliff's Amusement park (a local place in town) and two other couples with their children joined us. The boys had so much fun and they were able to ride almost all of the rides together. Preston is still at the age where he enjoys some big rides but also likes the kiddie rides. So needless to say I spent a good part of the day in kiddieland. It was fun to watch him enjoy the rides though and he was especially excited since he didn't have to sit with his brothers on the rides. Mat and I realized on this 4th of July that we aren't as resilient as we used to be when it comes to riding rides. We sure felt the effects of going on so many with the boys. Nicholas made a strong effort to go on a most dizzying ride a total of 6 times which the mere look at it made me sick. He was a little upset that I made him get off of it. I am sure he was up for another 6 times had I not ruined his fun. Oh well, someone in our family has to be the practical one. And of course that person is mom. After the fun at Cliff's we took our party to another family's home. The boys got to swim and have fun with the other kids. They had a good time and so did we. We ended the night by lighting off fireworks and the sparklers were a big hit as usual. So the Linson's 4th of July was a lot of fun and I will post pictures as soon as I upload them.
