I Was Pasting Myself..............

Austin came home today and as we headed to his baseball game he told us about his day at school. In P.E. the school is getting ready to take a physical education test and it involves them running half a mile. Well, I guess they were practicing today and Austin told us how Coach Betty (his P.E. teacher) was telling him what a great job he was doing. He told us all the other kids were running really hard at first and running out of energy. He also told us that he was jogging at first and "pasting" himself so he could finish the run without stopping. We asked him if he was pasting or pacing himself and he insisted that he was pasting himself. We all got a good laugh out of that one. He finally realized the difference in them and then told us "I wasn't all sticky together. I was just trying to finish my run." Kids are so funny sometimes.
