My Volunteering Duties Have Begun

I volunteer in the boys' classes every year. So on Monday I started with Preston's class since he is having the most trouble getting used to school. He loved having me in his class even though I was helping another group of kids. I just have to say that his class is the quietest, most well behaved bunch of 5 year olds I have ever seen. It was amazing. His teacher, who I have known since Austin was in her class, was saying how much more she gets taught in a day because they are not distracting her. I remember Austin's and Nicholas' classes and they were loud. This class was so quiet and little. I think a lot of them are younger like Preston so they are still shy and not into talking to you. They are still very good though. So next will be my Wellness Wednesday days. I get three of them a month. It is a morning where I go and stretch and jog with the boys' classes. They enjoy having me with them and it helps them to earn the trophy by having the most parents there. So I guess besides working, now I have my other job of helping out in my kiddos classes. I haven't heard from the other classes yet but for now my Mondays are spent with Preston and he couldn't be happier.
