Austin's Birthday Party

We had Austin's birthday party today at the indoor aquatic center. He had a blast with all of his friends. He got the neatest present from one of the boys at the party. It was a giant card that was written with candy words and was so cool. I will post a picture of it. Austin had a great time and that was all that mattered today. He kept telling me how much fun he was having so I guess it was worth the two week wait he had to have between his actual birthday and his party. Here are some pictures from the party.

Well, since I am horrible at updating this blog I missed saying Happy Birthday to Austin!! He turned 9 on March 2nd. I can't believe I have a 9 year old. Wow, time sure has flown. His birthday party is tomorrow at the local indoor aquatic center. He is very excited. Well, since I am being sentimental I am going to post a couple pictures of my big guy growing up.

A Lost Tooth

We took the boys out for the day and ended up eating at McDonald's for dinner. The boys were playing around when we were getting ready to leave. Preston comes running over to us and shows us his tooth was gone. He said he must have lost it in the play area. Austin ran back up to see if he could find it. He came back down and said he didn't see it. Preston was so devastated that he went to the bathroom to wash his mouth up. I happened to look down under the table he was eating at and found it. He was so excited and it already in bed awaiting the tooth fairy.

Baseball Season Has Started!!

We are still playing basketball, but now baseball is upon us. Both Preston and Austin are playing. Preston is on the Cobras t-ball team and Austin is on the minor Cobra team. So far, so good. Preston had a great practice tonight especially for never playing. I think he is going to be like Austin and love sports. I will try to take some pictures next practice. Mat is going to Austin's practices so he will have to take pictures at his practices. I can't wait till the games start. It should be a pretty fun spring.
