Preston's Birthday Party

Preston had his 6th birthday party at ABQ Jump. It is an indoor inflatable jumping place. He invited his friends from school and we had a really good turnout. He had a blast and so did we. We all had fun playing in the jumpers and slides. He is still talking about his party so I take that as he had lots of memorable fun. He also got a lot of nice gifts. So overall a birthday party success!!

Happy Birthday Preston!!!

Well my baby boy is no longer a baby. Preston turned a whopping 6 years old on April 23rd. I will always consider him to be my baby and he still acts like the youngest but I can't believe he is already 6. It feels like just the other day I was bringing him home from the hospital and I was a mom to three little boys all three and under. Now they are getting so big and it makes me truly believe that time flies when you are having fun.

House Construction

So Mat decided last week to knock a wall out in our kitchen and construct a bar for the boys to sit at. It is always a great plan in theory until your house is in shambles and makes it difficult to even move around. Well, today the whole wall had to go since it wasn't stable enough to hold a bar top. So now I have two men in my house trying to reconstruct a wall and put the bar in that I was promised. I will be taking before and after pictures so I can remember that I do not want any more updates put into my home. :0)

Happy Easter!!

First of all Happy Easter to everyone!!! Easter service was wonderful. The music was wonderful and the message was uplifting. Overall a wonderful morning that ended as soon as we got to lunch. We took the boys to lunch and that's when Nicholas informed us that he ate the entire bag of candy he had received at church and now he didn't feel good. Well, we ordered our food and he seemed ok, just a little quiet. When we got our food he asked to use the potty and then he took off running through the restaurant. He made it to the bathroom at least and now feels better. We are now home and everyone is taking a rest. We also set up a no candy rule for the rest of the day. No need for that to happen again. :0)

Dyeing Easter Eggs

Yesterday Mamaw and Papa came to visit the boys and Mamaw boiled all the eggs for the boys to dye. Then in the evening the boys dyed their eggs and had lots of fun being very creative. As you will see in a couple pictures that Preston was overly excited about dyeing the Easter eggs. It was very fun and they did a great job on them.

Oh Yes It's Ladies Night!!!

Well, I actually had an evening out last Friday night. I went out for a friend's birthday. We had a limo for our entire night and went to dinner and then to see a band at the casino. I had a lot of fun until a migraine hit. Mat ended up meeting us to see the band so he took me home. Oh well though I had fun while I was there.

Baseball Season Is Upon Us!!

Saturday we had our baseball seasons opening day ceremonies and last night both Preston and Austin had games. Austin's team unfortunately lost and Preston's teeball team was absolutely adorable to watch. Plus Preston hit the ball on his first try and the coaches actually pitch it to them. He also caught a ball that was thrown to him. It was very cute to watch. Austin's game I didn't see, Mat went to that one. They were right on top of one another. It was fun none the less. We will be playing baseball for the next three months and then a one month break and onto soccer for Nicholas. We are sports fanatic family, that's for sure.
